We make delicious Normandie inspired jam and chutney!
We are proud of our recipes and products which have been developed with our clients to make sure they delivery on flavour, texture and deliciousness! A long history of making jams, chutneys, coulis, jelly's and other fruity delights have led us to develop techniques from across Europe to deliver some uniquely delicious combinations of flavour. We try to source our fruit ingredients locally first, then Normandy, then France and after this Europe. We use in season fruit for flavour and texture and local twists such as Calvados, Cidre and cidre vinaigre

We sell through local retail partners, at local markets, from our chambre d'hôtes and online
We sell businesses for resale or to enhance their breakfast offering - we are confident that our product range will help to build your brand!
We also love to sell directly to our customers who help us to both develop and improve our range.
Our partners include the bakery at St Front, L'Authentique (the best) crêpes et galettes, la ferme de les Martellières à Sept Forgés and Augeard Arnaud butchers in St Mars D'Egrenne.

We are part of our local community and work with local suppliers
We love to be part of the local community to help promote our region, our fellow producers and retailers and also to help people understand and enjoy great locally produced products!
We also respect the environment by minimising one way plastics, encouraging reuse and recycling and trying to produce and distribute in the most environmentally effective method possible.
We work with local suppliers such as la ferme Les Martellières at Sept Forges who supply our Calvados, cidre and vinaigre , and la Château de La Bière at Lonlay l'abbaye who supply beer for our new chutney.
